Singapore's waterfront town of new flats
Punggol is one of Singapore's youngest towns. Almost all of its HDB blocks were completed from the 2000s onward around the Punggol Waterway, and new projects keep arriving, so a large share of households here have moved in within the last decade or so.
New homes need setting up rather than fixing. Our Punggol requests are mostly installations: mounting shelves, mirrors and pictures, fitting curtain tracks and blinds, putting up lights and ceiling fans, assembling furniture and installing digital locks. We also see early wear, such as door closers, toilet flush valves and loose sockets, once a flat has had a few years of family life.
BTO partition walls are severe-duty drywall, and the household shelter has its own drilling rules, so we pick fixings for each wall. You get the full price before we come.

Who fixes what in Punggol
