SG QuickFix is the public home-services brand of Benz Builders. This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or ask us to quote, book or carry out work in Singapore.
What we collect
When you enquire, request a quote or ask for a booking, you may give us your name, mobile number, optional email, property type and address, service needed, description, budget, preferred date or time, and optional photos. We also keep your messages, our responses, quotation and service records, and the date of your form consent. Please avoid including identity documents or other sensitive details in photos or messages unless we specifically ask for them.
When you use the website, our systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and request details for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. If Google Analytics 4 is configured, Google may receive usage events such as page views and clicks on our contact buttons, with approximate location and device and browser information. Cookie identifiers are used only if you accept analytics cookies.
How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries; assess work and prepare quotations; arrange and deliver services; communicate about requests, appointments and follow-up; maintain service and transaction records; handle complaints and data requests; secure and improve the website; and meet applicable legal obligations. A preferred booking time is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
Submitting a service form authorises us to contact you about that request. It does not sign you up for unrelated promotional messages. We will seek any additional consent required before using your details for a new purpose.
When we share data
Relevant information may be available to authorised Benz Builders staff and the technicians or subcontractors needed to assess or carry out your job. Website enquiries, contact details, addresses and job photos may be sent to our separate CRM at crm.sgquickfix.com so the team can manage follow-up and service delivery.
We also use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery and website analytics, and may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Meta also handles information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We save your accept or decline choice in browser storage. If we have configured Google Analytics 4, it works as follows. Before you choose, it sets no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device: it sends Google only cookie-free measurements, such as a page view or a click on a contact button, which Google uses in aggregate to estimate visits and the results of our ads. Like any web request, these carry your IP address and browser details; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. If you accept, analytics and ad-measurement cookies may be set to measure visits, site use and which of our Google ads led to an enquiry. We do not use your data to personalise ads. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, and you can also clear existing cookies in your browser. Essential site and security functions may still operate without analytics consent.
Storage, security and overseas transfers
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our hosting and service providers, including analytics and messaging providers, may process data outside Singapore. Where the PDPA requires it, we take steps to ensure transferred data receives a comparable standard of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or for legal or legitimate business needs, such as resolving disputes and maintaining transaction records. We then delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it where appropriate. Withdrawing consent does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records we still need to keep.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for a purpose, by contacting us below. Please identify the request and provide enough information for us to verify your identity. We may need to retain or use some information where the law permits or requires it. Withdrawing consent for service-related processing may prevent us from responding to or completing your request. We will explain applicable limitations and respond in accordance with the PDPA.
