What the team does
Before the visit, the new basin's waste position, tap holes and fixing method are checked against your existing pipework from photos. On site, the supply is isolated and the old basin, tap and trap are removed. The new basin is fixed to its brackets or countertop and levelled, the tap and waste fitted, and the trap and hoses connected. The edge is sealed with silicone, and the basin is filled and drained to test every joint.
