Bathroom Basin Leak Repair in Singapore

When this may be needed

• Water drips from under the basin when it drains.
• The vanity cabinet floor is wet or swollen.
• Water seeps around the edge where the basin meets the wall or counter.
• The floor below a wall-hung basin is wet after use.
• The basin wobbles on its brackets.

What the team does

The technician fills and drains the basin while watching each joint, to separate drain leaks from supply leaks. A leaking bottle trap is taken apart, cleaned and resealed. A leaking waste is reseated on fresh sealant. A failed edge seal is cut out and re-siliconed. A loose wall-hung basin is re-fixed to its brackets. The basin is then filled and drained again to check every joint.

Included in this price

• Finding whether the drain or the supply is leaking
• Resealing the bottle trap or waste
• Re-siliconing the basin edge
• Re-fixing a loose basin and retesting

Limits & price factors

Replacement traps and wastes are charged as parts. Tap and hose leaks are covered under Tap Repair & Replacement, and a cracked basin is replaced rather than repaired.

The price starts from $70. Basins in tight vanity cabinets, seized traps and edges needing old silicone removed take longer.
