What the team does
Before the visit, the new set's pipe connection spacing and height are checked against your existing mixer or outlets from photos, and the pressure is considered. On site, the old set is removed, the wall connectors are checked and sealed, and the new mixer or diverter is fitted level. The riser rail is fixed into the tiles with rust-resistant fixings and sealed holes, and the overhead and hand showers are connected. Each outlet and the diverter are tested on hot and cold.

Limits & price factors
The rain shower set is not included. Moving or extending concealed supply pipes, which is regulated work for a PUB-licensed plumber, and booster pumps are not included.
