Curtain & Blind Installation
Curtain Rod Installation in Singapore
Curtain rod installation starts from $50 for the first rod at SG QuickFix, and each additional rod in the same visit starts from $30. Rod brackets are fixed level above the window, set 10 to 20 cm past each side of the frame so open curtains don't block the light. One rod usually takes 20 to 45 minutes.

Task guide
When this may be needed
- New curtains have arrived and the rods are still in their boxes.
- A rod sags in the middle on a wide window.
- Rod brackets have pulled out of the wall.
- The rod is too short and light leaks around the curtains.
- You are moving into a new flat with no curtain fittings.
What the team does
The technician measures the window and marks the bracket height and spacing with you. Brackets are placed far enough past the frame for the curtains to stack clear of the glass, and a centre bracket is added on wide windows. The wall is checked for concealed wiring, the brackets are fixed with anchors suited to the wall, and the rod is fitted, levelled and tested with the curtains.
Included in this price
- Measuring and marking bracket positions with you
- Fixing brackets with suitable anchors
- Adding a centre bracket on wide windows
- Fitting, levelling and testing the rod
Limits & price factors
The rods and curtains are not included, and neither is altering curtain lengths. Tracks and blinds are separate tasks.
The first rod starts from $50 and each additional rod from $30 in the same visit. Very wide windows, bay windows and walls with limited space above the window take longer.
FAQs
At SG QuickFix, the first rod starts from $50 and each additional rod in the same visit from $30.
Wider than the window, extending about 10 to 20 cm past each side of the frame, so open curtains stack clear of the glass.
Usually 10 to 15 cm above the window frame, or higher to make the window look taller. Measure the curtain drop from the rod, not from the window.
Wide rods need a centre bracket. Without one, a heavy curtain bends the rod over time.
