When this may be needed

• A heavy glass or metal pendant needs a strong fixing.

What the team does

The technician checks the pendant's weight and the ceiling. The canopy is fixed to the concrete slab or a suitable support, and the drop is set with you, usually measured from the table top. The cable or chain is shortened to length, the pendant wired and the canopy closed. Rows of pendants are levelled to each other and tested.
