When this may be needed

What the team does

The technician agrees the position with you, clear of the shower head's spray and within reach. Hole positions are planned away from the concealed pipes above and below the shower mixer and away from tile edges. Holes are drilled through the tile slowly with a tile bit, then anchored. Rust-resistant screws are used and the holes are sealed so water doesn't get behind the tiles. The rack is levelled and load-tested.
