Cabinet Handle Replacement in Singapore

Cabinet handle replacement starts from $50 at SG QuickFix, with the new handles charged separately. Task guide

When this may be needed

  • A handle keeps working loose because its screw holes are stripped.
  • A knob has snapped off.
  • The handles look dated and you want a refresh without new cabinets.
  • New handles have a different hole spacing from the old ones.
  • The screws supplied with new handles are too short or too long for the door.

What the team does

The technician measures the old handles' hole spacing and the door thickness. Where the new handles match, they are fitted with screws of the right length. Where the spacing differs, a template is used so every handle sits at the same height and position, and the new holes are drilled cleanly from the front to avoid chipping the laminate. Stripped holes are repaired so handles stay tight.

Included in this price

  • Measuring hole spacing and door thickness
  • Fitting new handles with correct-length screws
  • Template marking and drilling for different spacing
  • Repairing stripped holes

Limits & price factors

The handles are charged on top of labour. Filling old holes so they are invisible, and handle-less push-to-open conversions, are not included.

The price starts from $50 and depends on the number of handles and whether new holes are needed. A full kitchen of handles takes longer than a few doors.
